Derksen portable buildings Return policy

At Derksen Portable Buildings, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature and size of our portable buildings, all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your building after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to review the situation and determine the best course of action.

Please note:

• Returned buildings must be in original, unmodified condition.
• Any approved return may be subject to restocking fees, and return transportation costs.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• If approved, buildings will be picked up from the customer’s original delivery location.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
